Choose your computer. Installation takes about a minute.

Mac

For macOS. Open the downloaded file and drag UniqKnow Invoicing into Applications.

For Windows 10 and 11. Unzip the download and run UniqKnow-Invoicing-Setup.exe.

The first time you open it, your computer may warn you that the app is from an unidentified developer. This is a one-time step; the download includes a "Read Me First" guide.

Mac: right-click the app in Applications, choose Open, then Open again. Or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
Windows: if SmartScreen appears, click More info, then Run anyway.

Questions

Where is my data kept?

On your own computer. If you choose a folder in iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox, that service backs it up and keeps your computers in sync. UniqKnow never holds your business data.

What happens when the trial ends?

Subscribe to keep creating and editing. If you don't, the app becomes read-only: you can still view, print and export everything.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

Yes. One subscription covers up to three computers, Mac or Windows. To move it to a new computer, choose Remove from this computer in Settings → Subscription on the old one.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. In the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Update card or cancel. The app stays fully usable until the end of the month you've paid for, then becomes read-only.

What if a payment fails?

If your renewal payment fails, the app becomes read-only (usually within minutes) until you update your card. Your data stays viewable, printable and exportable.

Can I bill in other currencies?

Yes. Each business sets its own currency in Settings → Branding, along with its date and number format. The subscription itself is billed in rand.
